We handle all aspects of event management, from initial venue finding through to full onsite management. How much we do is up to you; but since our venue finding service is free, that’s usually a good place to start.

We take the time to understand your requirements, then we do as much or as little as you wish. Included in our services are venue finding, registration, accommodation and travel booking, organising stands, badging, arranging audio-visual services, sourcing collateral such as gift bags and other giveaways, catering and of course onsite staffing. If you need anything else, just let us know.

As a team, we have in excess of 40 years’ experience in this industry, organising everything from board meetings through to large conventions with thousands of attendees. We operate globally and have catered for clients in Europe, Africa, North and South America, Asia and Australasia. So far we haven’t had a request for Antarctica, but we do love a challenge!
